I LOVE big goals and if you have them, I want to help you achieve your dream! I used to dream about all the what if’s and now it’s all about the when not the how. Whether you have teeny tiny dreams or big audacious goals I can help you get there and hold you accountable with grace and love.
Therapy is typically focused on past issues and traumas. Coaches typically focus on the future. If you have deep emotional wounds to heal then therapy is for you. If you want to focus on your future path, coaching may be a better fit. When I sought out a coach, I knew I didn’t need therapy but wasn’t sure where to turn. This is exactly what coaching is for! Some clients choose to do both and that’s great too! The key is to find someone (a coach or a therapist) that is trained and is a good fit for you. As you are exploring, ask potential candidates if they get coached or do therapy themselves? If they say no, RUN. We don’t have life magically figured out and I truly believe we need to live it in order to give it.
No… mostly. I do offer advice when it is appropriate but the key to coaching is helping you find your own answers. You know exactly what is right for you, but you just have so much noise cluttering your mind. I help you remove the noise, learn more about your authentic self, and step back into your power.
First, I’d tell you to ask your employer to pay for coaching. Most organizations will but the answer is always no if you don’t ask. If that’s not an option, I do offer payments plans to support more limited budgets.
If that’s not an option I’d ask you how important your personal well-being is to you and your family. Americans pay billions of dollars a year towards trying to lose weight and gym memberships. Most people aren’t successful reaching physical goals yet, we still keep paying. What if you tried a different approach, like fixing your mind vs. your stomach? Now, that’s a long-term strategy that is worth paying for in my opinion.
As a former executive and mother, I understand time can be a constraint. I offer convenient virtual coaching either via phone or a Zoom video call. I have clients all over the world so geography isn’t an issue. My goal is to not add more burden to your schedule but to offer convenience and value during our time together. I’ll also help you gain back time for the things you value most.There are enough hours in the day, it’s just all about how you use them.

Single sessions aren’t going to get you lasting transformative results. Think of it this way. If you wanted to become a body builder would you workout once every few months and expect to meet your goals? Of course not. Just like your body, your mind needs to ‘exercise’ regularly. Our brains can be super tricky and need constant supervision. Consistency is key here.
Yes. This would be partially coaching partially mentoring. Both of which are necessary in order to get through all the head trash and logistics of setting up a coaching practice.
